Ms. Watzke's Classroom News

Hello KindiPrep Parents,

I'm so excited to get to meet all your amazing children. We are going to have a wonderful year! Below I have listed the theme of the month and some reminders. Please feel free to email me with any questions and I will do my best to answer them as quickly as possible[email protected]

Theme of the month: Back to School

Friday Folders: Folders will go home on Fridays. This has all the work that we have done for the week inside. Everything that is on the right-hand side stays home and anything that would need to come back will be on the left-hand side.

Reminders:  Please make sure to bring a labeled snack for your child. If your child is going to After Care please send an additional labeled snack.  Your child will also need to bring a water bottle with their name on it, and sunscreen the roll on or face one work best for the kids to put on themselves.   Other things to bring are a crib sheet and small blanket. Please make sure its a crib sheet and not more than one blanket. WE just don't have the room for multiple blanket's and sheets that are way to big.  Make sure to put your child’s name on all items. we don't know who's are who's yet and the children get confused too.  You will also need to bring a change of clothes, socks, and a pair of shoes just in case your child has an accident or gets messy.  You can put these clothes in a gallon size bag and leave them in their cubby.  Once again please make sure to put their name on all their belongings. We try our best to make sure everyone has their own things but sometimes we make mistakes.

When bringing your child to the classroom, please make your goodbyes short and sweet. This will help them adjust to the routine quicker. If they do have a harder time separating, be assured I will be here to comfort them and redirect them to an activity.

Thank you so much for entrusting me with your sweet children.

Regards,

Mrs. Watzke
