Dear Families,
Spring is officially here! I hope you all had a wonderful spring break and were able to enjoy time with your family. It was a great first week back with the kiddos and I was glad to be back and to enjoy seeing the kids outside. We hope that we will be able to continue to enjoy warm these spring days, however please continue to have your child bring their warm weather gear. We do go outside above 32 degrees. I can’t believe how much growth your child is making. I am so proud of each student and how far each student has come.
Curriculum:
This month’s themes are Music, learning what different sounds instruments make and what they are. Spring, planting, and Nursery Rhymes/fairy tales. We have lots of fun filled activities with planting seeds and growing flowers, for literacy we will be reviewing J, L H, we will be learning the letters V,W and Y as for math, we will continue recognizing the numbers 1-20 and also writing letters and numbers. Please continue to work with your children at home with writing their names.
